balsamic vinegar gives meat such a fabulous flavor. I usually use it with chicken, but now you’ve given me another idea. 🙂
Sounds great on chicken! Thank you
Balsamic is a great flavor. You can even make a syrup out of the balsamic. The pork loin looks wonderful.
That sounds delicious!
Wow – I love to use balsamic vinegar and then of course rosemary, a favorite herb. I have a plant under gro lights and also a big plant in my garage is still going strong. Pork tenderloin has to be my favorite cut of any meat to cook as you can make so many different dishes. Your recipe sounds delicious…
Thank you! I like making schnitzel out of it as well. Rosemary is so hardy, I have a few large plants growing around the outside of my house and I love it in the summer when all the bees come around the purple flowers
Pork loin is my go to quick but classy! Did you update your site? Looks amazing.
I agree! Yes I did, thank you for noticing 🙂
