Our summer vacation has officially started and first city on our stop is Portland, Oregon. Oh what a place! I would need a whole summer and more to try all the restaurants here, it’s overwhelming. Everything here is great quality because they grow most if not all their produce here. There are many local farms, and they have a great farmers market on Saturdays. Unfortunately we didn’t have all the time we wanted to explore the market, but we did grab a few things like coffee from Nossa Familia, these wonderful little cookies from Nio bakery, dry salami from Olympia Provisions, and we had some great kombucha from Eva’s Herbucha.
