I love meatball soup and make it often especially when it’s colder outside.

What a beautiful soup! It seems like it would be a perfect cool day soup, and that broth sounds delish, too.

Light and tasty. Perfect soup for the season. Love the addition of rice to the mixture. 🙂

We are thinking alike this week – meatballs in a soup or as an appetizer are “good things”.
